MC Cheung is a rising Canto-pop star who made his official debut only three years ago. He won the Best New Male Artist (Gold) prize at the 2021 Ultimate Song Chart Awards Presentation and has over 400,000 followers on Instagram. Cheung’s path to success started when he competed in ViuTV’s reality singing contest, King Maker II, where he won second place and turned down an offer to join a band. He signed with Warner Music Hong Kong in 2020, and his debut single, Good Times which comprises R&B and pop, landed a spot in the top 5 on Commercial Radio Hong Kong and RTHK’s Canto-pop charts. His passion for music started at a young age as he wanted to connect with people and move them through music. In the future, Cheung also hopes to take on new ventures and make his acting debut. He also hopes to collaborate with some of the biggest Canto-pop artists, including Tyson Yoshi, Jer Lau, Edan Lui and Jeremy Lee.
