After the successful debut of Baked Indulgence’s first pop-up store at IFC mall last year, Baked Indulgence will be opening a new pop-up store at Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui, from 1 June 2021.
This time, Baked Indulgence is not only back with a wider range of products, but a new collaboration with Hong Kong actress and #legend digital cover star, Grace Chan as well.
Chan counts herself as a huge dessert fan and she, like many other Hong Kongers, has been obsessed with Baked Indulgence’s soft and chewy cookies. So, it’s no wonder that she’s now introducing “Grace’s Collection” featuring four new treats for the brand. They include three new cookie flavours – Neapolitan, “PinkBlack” and “Cheese Tea” – plus a limited edition lemon bar.
The Neapolitan cookie is inspired by Grace’s favourite childhood ice cream, while the “PinkBlack” cookie takes her back to another one of her favourite childhood snacks – the Meiji Apollo Strawberry chocolate.
Inspired by cheese milk foam tea, the “Cheese Tea” cookie is a limited-edition flavour that will only be sold during Baked Indulgence’s very first week at Harbour City, while the other limited-edition item, the fresh and citrusy Lemon Bar, is just what we all need to refresh our palette during Hong Kong’s hot and humid summer.
Last but not least, the Neapolitan cake is the first-ever official full cake offered by Baked Indulgence to coincide with Chan’s birthday in June – and it’s available by pre-order only.
Besides Chan’s special collection at Baked Indulgence, fans can also expect their original cookies, brownies, and a vast array of handcrafted drinks at the Harbour City pop-up store, including lattes, mochas, London Fogs and Matcha lattes.
Be sure to head over on Saturday, 5 June to meet Chan herself at 1pm, where she’ll be standing in as Baked Indulgence’s store manager for the day!
