Guerlain has released a new edition of its La Petite Robe Noire scent - Miss the Sun. Inspired by the first days of Spring, the fragrance embodies a story of a girl wearing her new scented dress and makeup in an array of colours. A Parisian, this fictional figure is leaving her French homeland for the Californian desert. Created by perfumers Thierry Wasser (Master Perfumer) and Delphine Jelk (Perfumer), the scent incorporates rose with rosewater for an absolutely floral concoction.
"For her hippy chic trip, perfumers Thierry Wasser (Master Perfumer) and Delphine Jelk (Perfumer) have created a custom-made dress for her based on her favourite ingredient, rose, delicately incorporating it into a floral sillage blending rose with rosewater. On the road, she captures the hypnotic light of the last rays of sun to adorn her legendary “upside-down heart” bottle."
Alongside the perfume is a makeup collection that encompasses the La Petite Robe Noire spirit. A liquid lipstick range called the Lip Colour'Ink is Miss the Sun's secret weapon. It's got a "no texture" effect that can be layered for a bolder effect. Additionally, the Lip & Shine 2-in-1 gives lip colours a twist, with the choice of matte or shiny.
