Hong Kong’s pizza lovers, rejoice!

A new Neapolitan pizza restaurant and bar Homeslice is set to open in Sai Ying Pun this month.

The eatery will serve a variety of small plates, pizzas and desserts based on traditional Italian cuisine with hints international inspiration. All pizzas will be made with the 48-hour fermented Neapolitan sourdough and boast the iconic crunchy crusts and soft centres that Homeslice is known for.

Expect homemade Burrata with figs, black olives and rucola, patron peppers and pizza slathered in fermented chilli sauce (an ode to the venue’s Hong Kong roots).

The new Sai Ying Pun branch will feature a relaxed urban space with stripped back interiors, a casual vibe and an energetic soundtrack featuring bands like The Clash, Modest Mouse and Kaiser Chiefs.
