Madame Fù’s Summer Bee High Tea was designed in collaboration with French skincare house Guerlain to nourish your skin and indulge your taste buds. Inspired by Guerlain’s latest perfume Aqua Allegoria, the specially-curated tea set features sweets and savoury items using different fruity ingredients from the fragrance for a sweet taste of summer.

Conrad Hong Kong

With the goal of raising public awareness of wild animals, Conrad Hong Kong has partnered with sustainable beauty brand, Chantecaille, on ‘The Wild Beauty’ Hong Kong afternoon tea set until 6 September, bringing you on a gastronomic journey to Africa.

Prepared by the hotel’s executive chef Claudio Rossi, the dynamic savannah includes black sesame macaron in leopard print, buttery shortbread with the print of an elephant, and fruit-based desserts such as ruby peach and lavender cream gateau with a zesty touch of lavender. The tea set also comes with a complimentary deluxe skincare set (worth HK$2,430) from Chantecaille.

Available with a wide variety of options at its Clipper Lounge and Café Causette, the classic afternoon tea features a host of warm savouries from bacon and onion quiches to grilled cheese and truffle sandwiches. Rosewood Hong Kong brings fine dining to the table with its five-course afternoon tea experience at The Butterfly Room, where diners are spoilt for choice with seasonal pastry trolleys brimming with delicious desserts.
