If the South Stand isn’t your idea of fun this weekend, head to Tosca at The Ritz-Carlton for their Damiani High Tea, on every Saturday until May 13.
The hotel has partnered with the Italian jewellers to create an afternoon tea menu inspired by the elegant new Mimosa collection. Michelin-starred chef Pino Lavarra’s menu pays homage to the brand’s distinguished heritage with stunning creations like the Legato Grasso, an edible rugby ring made with foie gras terrine glazed in cherry syrup.
After the meal, stop by the private dining room to explore the collection – a Damiani representative will be on hand to show off the extradorinary craftsmanship and beautiful “chaos of diamonds” of the Mimosa collection.
The Damiani High Tea is available Saturdays from April 1 – May 13
