Before his career as a model, Fan was an athlete in the Hong Kong Water Polo Team. He is born into a sports family, as his father was the former goalkeeper and captain of the Hong Kong Football Team, Fan Junyip. Fan was inspired to enter the entertainment industry after seeing the Korean idol group BTS perform. Fan is a versatile and highly sought-after model whose unique facial features and confidence allow him to pull off both feminine and masculine styles of clothing. His ability to effortlessly pull off a wide range of styles is a testament to his talent and skill as a model. Despite his extravagant outfits at fashion events, outside of work, he still enjoys wearing casual Y2K-styled clothes.
