Madboii is a Hong Kong singer-songwriter who made his official debut on June 10, 2020, under the company Private Country. He started getting in touch with musical instruments at the age of 16 and became interested in electronic music and song production. At that time, since electronic music was not popular in the Hong Kong music scene, he learned Korean and sent demos to different Korean companies. He joined the Hong Kong independent music label Greytone Music in 2019, then, later joined his current company, Private Country. In 2020, he released his first Cantonese song “Adult Science”. He has since collaborated with various artists, including Tyson Yoshi.
