Porsche has sold 40,000 units of the Taycan worldwide since its debut last year, a testament to the increasing demand for luxury electric vehicles. Porsche launches a new metallic watercolour-like exterior colour dubbed Frozen-Berry this month. To cater to its Taycan owners Porsche is doubling down on its commitment to a zero-emission future and introducing rapid-charging stations around town that will give drivers 80 per cent battery capacity in just 45 minutes.

The automaker’s first electric offering in its luxury class takes it one step closer to its commitment of a 50-per cent electric production by 2030. Fast-charging capabilities will give the sedans 300 km of juice in just 15 minutes.
Audi is set to introduce an electric version of the A6 in 2022, an addition to its e-tron first debut in 2019. The car will run on two motors and clock 400 miles with each full charge.

Love the classic car aesthetics but also want to embrace the electric future? Ferrari announces its latest project, the Testa Rossa J, a reproduction of its iconic 1957 model fitting with a modern electric engine. This, however, isn’t the 250 Testa Rossa you have in mind; the 75 per cent scale replica is not for road use but more of a fun, zoom-around-the-driveway kinda cruiser.
