Unlike other gyms, Renation is a unique lifestyle fitness studio to enjoy high-intensity classes while getting a stretch and sports massage by trained physiotherapists. Located on the third floor at H Code, it also offers house-style nutritious smoothies to health-conscious visitors.

The centre provides four distinctive areas of Recycle, Recondition, Recover and Recharge. Members can start with Recycle, an immersive 360-degree indoor cycling experience with rhythmic lighting and sound. More intensive exercise lovers can try Recondition, total body strength and conditioning group workouts with certified coaches. Finally, the journey ends with Recover and Recharge, a physio massage and freshly pressed juice to boost their day.

Velocity Aquabike Studio

This is one for those who love spinning and cycling but not so much the sweating that comes with working out. Velocity Aquabike Studio is Asia’s first ever “aquabike” studio that provides private watery workouts. It is Hong Kong’s first female-only studio in town when it opened in 2016. It offers a unique wellness experience combining jacuzzi spa technology and an underwater bicycle. This hydrotherapy treatment helps reduce cellulite and thigh dimples and burns calories more efficiently than traditional cycling.

Featuring 26 jacuzzi spa-grade jets in-house, each underwater exercise bike workout also includes a vigorous jet massage that helps boost blood and lymphatic circulation, leaving your legs feeling light, supple, and fully comforted.

With key modalities of strength & power, metabolic conditioning, and isolated hypertrophy, trainees get a chance to become stronger, faster, fitter, healthier and leaner.

Pherform’s indoor cycling workout, Spinher, focuses on building endurance through resistance-based intervals. Classes are 45 minutes long and scheduled at various times throughout the week.
