Geneva is once again the epicentre of horology as Watches & Wonders 2025 unfolds and brings the industry’s finest together for a week of innovation, craftsmanship and heritage. From technical marvels to artistic flourishes, each day offers something new to discover, making this edition one to watch. Here are today’s highlights from Patek Philippe, Bvlgari, Tudor, and more

Chopard

Chopard arrives at Watches & Wonders 2026 with four releases that reaffirm its commitment to the highest expression of haute horlogerie and jewellery. Among them is the L.U.C 1860 Chronometer in Lucent Steel™, a refined anniversary piece created to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the brand’s Manufacture in Fleurier. The watch features a hand-guilloché “Areuse Blue” dial – a colour inspired by the river that flows near the Fleurier manufacture – elegant proportions, a micro-rotor movement and the prestigious Poinçon de Genève certification. The movement inside is the chronometer-certified L.U.C Calibre 96.40-L, a direct evolution of the very first movement conceived and produced by Chopard Manufacture in Fleurier in 1996.

The lineup also features the new Alpine Eagle 41 XPS, the slimmest Alpine Eagle yet at 8mm thick. The dial colour is Mountain Glow – a champagne-inflected shade replicating the warm light of sunrise hitting fresh alpine snow. Its textured pattern, reminiscent of an eagle’s iris, adds depth and character. The hands, numerals and hour markers are made of ethical white gold and coated with Grade X1 Super‑LumiNova®, ensuring excellent readability at any time of day.

The joyful Happy Sport and Happy Hearts collections expand with fresh designs featuring signature floating diamonds, vibrant colour accents and playful new dial variations. One standout piece combines ethical rose gold and Lucent Steel™ in a sporty-chic aesthetic, showcasing a vibrant teal guilloché-worked dial paired with the signature floating diamonds that dance freely between two sapphire crystals.

Finally, showcasing its exceptional jewellery watchmaking expertise, the latest Chopard L’Heure du Diamant watch transforms the wrist into a canvas of brilliance. The cushion-shaped case in ethical white gold frames an onyx dial whose velvety black depth is illuminated by 4.40 carats of diamonds set using Chopard’s signature crown-setting. Diamond-set indexes and hands add further light to the composition, creating a piece that reads as much as a jewel as a timepiece.

Grand Seiko

At Watches & Wonders 2026, Grand Seiko honours “The Nature of Time” with technically groundbreaking and poetically inspired creations, headlined by the new 40.8mm Evolution 9 Ushio 300 Diver. This compact titanium diver marks a new milestone for the brand, becoming the smallest and most accurate diver in Grand Seiko’s history. It is powered by the groundbreaking Spring Drive U.F.A. calibre 9RB1, offering exceptional ±20 seconds per year accuracy and 300m water resistance. The striking gradient dial – available in deep blue or serene green – beautifully captures the shifting light and movement of the sea, while the Evolution 9 case masterfully combines Zaratsu polishing with robust sporting ergonomics.

Patek Philippe

Patek Philippe delivers one of its most ambitious line-ups in years at Watches & Wonders 2026, unveiling 20 new creations that masterfully blend technical innovation, poetic complications and refined elegance while celebrating the Nautilus’ 50th anniversary in fitting style. The Nautilus tribute comprises four limited editions that distil the essence of the iconic sports watch.

The centrepiece is a trio of ultra-thin models with clean sunburst blue dials featuring the signature horizontal embossing and no date window or centre seconds, paying direct homage to the original 1976 design. These include two 41mm “Jumbo” references in white gold – one on an integrated bracelet and one on a navy blue composite strap with textile pattern and cream stitching – and a more restrained 38mm platinum version on a matching bracelet. All maintain an impressively slim 6.9mm thickness thanks to the self-winding Calibre 240 with its 22K gold off-centre micro-rotor engraved “50 1976–2026”.

Completing the anniversary quartet is a spectacular 50.7mm white gold Nautilus desk clock with a blue embossed dial set with baguette diamonds, powered by a manually wound 8-day calibre. Beyond these tributes, the broader collection introduces several new Grand Complications, an innovative automaton with exceptional animation, a technically advanced Cubitus Perpetual Calendar, and fresh interpretations across the Twenty~4 and other lines.

Zenith

Zenith celebrates its dual heritage of high-frequency chronometry and pure precision at Watches & Wonders 2026 with a focused line-up that spotlights the iconic El Primero and the revived Calibre 135. The Chronomaster Sport collection expands with fresh two-tone executions, a striking new skeleton version that dramatically reveals the high-beat movement and elegant mother-of-pearl dials that soften the sports chronograph’s character while maintaining its dynamic presence. These updates bring greater versatility and visual depth to the El Primero story, allowing the legendary 3600 calibre to shine in both contemporary and refined executions.

Meanwhile, the prestigious G.F.J. collection – named after founder Georges Favre-Jacot – gains two elegant new expressions. The first is a warm 18k yellow gold model with a mesmerising bloodstone dial (limited to 161 pieces) and the second is an ultra-exclusive tantalum version with an onyx dial and baguette-cut diamond indexes (limited to just 20 pieces), showcasing rare material mastery. Both house the legendary re-engineered Calibre 135, delivering exceptional observatory-level performance with COSC certification and precision within +/- 2 seconds per day.

Tag Heuer

For Watches & Wonders 2026, Tag Heuer remasters its most iconic square chronograph with two bold new interpretations of the Monaco that bridge racing heritage and cutting-edge mechanics. The refined Monaco Chronograph returns in a lightweight Grade 5 titanium case with improved ergonomics and updated details, powered by the new in-house TH20-11 calibre offering an impressive 80-hour power reserve. Available in striking colourways including blue, green and bi-metal executions, it combines the legendary left-sided crown with modern sporting comfort and a five-year warranty.

Joining it is the revolutionary Monaco Evergraph, which debuts the groundbreaking TH80-00 calibre after five years of development. This high-frequency 5 Hz movement replaces traditional friction-based architecture with a compliant chronograph mechanism featuring flexible bistable components and a TH-Carbonspring oscillator for superior durability, shock resistance and precision. Housed in a dynamic 40mm titanium case with elongated pushers, the Evergraph pushes the Monaco into a bold new technical era while honouring its 1969 origins. Both models feature exhibition casebacks to showcase the advanced movements, marking a significant step forward in Tag Heuer’s “Year of the Chronograph.”

Hublot

At Watches & Wonders 2026, Hublot continues pushing its bold design language with a dynamic new lineup of Big Bang and Spirit of Big Bang creations – from personalised Reloaded icons of Kylian Mbappé and Usain Bolt to architectural and high-jewellery masterpieces.

The Big Bang Reloaded limited editions (200 pieces each) offer highly individual interpretations for the two athletes, both powered by the HUB 1280 Unico flyback chronograph with enhanced movement visibility. Mbappé’s version adopts a clean, confident white ceramic treatment, while Bolt’s features darker tones, Jamaican colour cues, and autobiographical details – highlighting Hublot’s signature fusion of sport, celebrity and haute horlogerie.

The collection further includes refined Big Bang models with greater emphasis on movement architecture through sapphire elements, alongside dramatic Spirit of Big Bang moonphase complications and spectacular gem-set interpretations such as the Impact One Million and Joyful in Amethyst Purple. These releases highlight Hublot’s signature fusion of innovative materials, technical prowess, and contemporary flair, while celebrating its strong ties to sport and celebrity culture.

Bvlgari

From the record-shattering 1.85mm Ultra Tourbillon to the hypnotic Serpenti Aeterna and reimagined Serpenti Tubogas, Bvlgari’s 2026 novelties are a masterclass in duality – brilliantly blending extreme ultra-thin watchmaking with the maison’s legendary Roman jewellery flair.

The Octo Finissimo Ultra Tourbillon in platinum sets a new benchmark at just 1.85mm thick, pushing the boundaries of material science and craftsmanship with platinum’s noble density. Complementing this technical pinnacle is a fresh 37mm Octo Finissimo series that refines the iconic octagonal design for greater everyday versatility and wearability. These models, available in sandblasted titanium, satin-brushed titanium, and yellow gold, measure a still-slim 6.45mm thick and are powered by newly developed ultra-thin in-house movements with 72-hour power reserve.

The Serpenti family evolves with striking Tubogas Studs in gold-and-steel contrasts that celebrate material duality, sculptural Aeterna bangle designs, and vibrant hardstone or diamond-set interpretations. These pieces transform the wrist into a canvas of sculptural beauty and technical excellence, reinforcing Bvlgari’s heritage of turning Roman artistry and Swiss precision into wearable statements of glamour and innovation.

Tudor

Tudor reinforces its “Born to Dare” philosophy at Watches & Wonders 2026 with a confident lineup that celebrates its 100-year legacy through meaningful technical and aesthetic evolution. The standout is the entirely new Monarch collection, debuting with a 39mm faceted stainless steel case, integrated “faceted two-link” bracelet with T-fit clasp and a distinctive “Error-Proof” dial that mixes Roman numerals (10–2) with Arabic numerals (4–8) on a textured champagne/papyrus finish. Powered by the Manufacture Calibre MT5662-2U with 65-hour power reserve and elevated finishing, the Monarch brings a fresh, dressier integrated sports watch option to the brand while nodding to archival design codes.

Black Bay updates include bold new ceramic bezel variants with fully blacked-out aesthetics, a refreshed Black Bay 54 in striking “Tudor blue” and additional models such as the Black Bay 58 GMT. The broader centenary offerings thoughtfully blend heritage references with modern manufacture calibres and significantly elevated finishing.
