“…A milestone moment in Thailand’s artisanal and fashion landscape unfolds as SIRIVANNAVARI, under the design direction of Her Royal Highness Princess Sirivannavari Nariratana Rajakanya, joins forces with ICONCRAFT at ICONSIAM to unveil an exclusive collection of Thai textile bags titled “S’CRAFT: Craftsmanship 2025.” Embodying Her Royal Highness’s vision of sustainable heritage preservation and creative innovation, the collection reinterprets the beauty of traditional Thai weaving through a contemporary lens…”

Guided by the concept of Royal Weave, the collection elevates the splendour of handwoven fabrics from Thailand’s four regions, intricately paired with exquisite embroidery techniques mastered by the artisans of SIRIVANNAVARI Atelier & Academy. “S’CRAFT: Craftsmanship 2025” made its public debut with regal grandeur at “S’CRAFT THAI TEXTILE TREASURES: FOUR REGIONS, TIMELESS LEGACY CRAFTSMANSHIP 2025”, held at Surasak Hall, ICONSIAM. The event featured a high-fashion runway show alongside an insightful exhibition charting the design journey from loom to runway, complete with live demonstrations by master embroiderers.

The undisputed highlight of the collection is the “Luxe de Siam Exclusive Edit Clutch”, an iconic masterpiece showcasing a majestic peacock in full plume, a symbol of grace and prestige, meticulously embroidered upon hand-loomed silk crafted by two of Thailand’s legendary textile maestros: National Artist Meechai Taesujariya, renowned for the exquisite “Kabbua” silk of Ubon Ratchathani, and Veeratham Trakulngernthai, a National Master Craftsman of Surin’s celebrated Tha Sawang silk weaving village.

Beyond this standout creation, the collection presents a versatile selection of silhouettes, including the S’Signature Pouch drawstring bag, the delicately smocked Busabong Bag, the Japanese-inspired Bupa Wristlet, the elegant elongated Busaba Clutch, and the classic structured Rachapruek Bag. Each of the 88 One-of-a-Kind pieces has been crafted using heritage textiles emblematic of their respective regions, from tribal-inspired natural fibres from the North, delicate mudmee silk from the Northeast, and indigo-dyed batik of the South, to Central Thai textiles influenced by royal arts and architecture, rendering every piece a unique fusion of fashion and collectable art for true connoisseurs of Thai craftsmanship.
