Because every meal has the power to convey a greater meaning, Siam Piwat has partnered with the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) to launch the “The Next Bucket: Save Lives & Change Lives” campaign. This initiative invites individuals to transform their daily dining experiences into a force for giving, ultimately supporting global food security and elevating the quality of life for vulnerable communities.

Running from June through December 2026, this new initiative sets an ambitious milestone to deliver 100,000 meals. It offers patrons and philanthropists alike an effortless opportunity to drive tangible social impact. Guests can participate by ordering exclusive, specially curated dishes at participating restaurants across Siam Piwat’s global destinations—including Siam Paragon, Siam Center, Siam Discovery, ICONSIAM, and Siam Premium Outlets Bangkok—or by donating directly via the social crowdfunding platform, Taejai. A portion of the proceeds will directly support WFP’s global missions, fostering food security, creating opportunities, and driving a sustainable future for underprivileged communities.

The official launch press conference, hosted at NEXTOPIA on the 5th floor of Siam Paragon, was attended by an esteemed panel of dignitaries and thought leaders. Key speakers included Samir Wanmali, WFP Regional Director for Asia and the Pacific, Bangkok Office; Dr. Veerathai Santiprabhob, Vice Chairperson of the Board of Directors at Siam Piwat Co., Ltd. and Chairperson of the Corporate Governance Committee for the World Food Programme; and Chanisa Kaewruen, Executive Vice President of Creative and Innovation at Siam Piwat Co., Ltd.

The event also featured celebrated culinary figures who shared insights into the exclusive menus co-created specifically to raise funds for this campaign. Among them were Chef Zetrong – Valasura Na Lampang (winner of MasterChef Thailand Season 6) representing Sapparos, Panicha Satayaprasert from FIKKA, and Artem Viglione from L’Antica Pizzeria Da Michele Bangkok. Additionally, Ada Chirapaisarnkul, CEO of TaejaiDotCom, joined the panel to discuss the platform’s role as the central crowdfunding engine for this initiative, uniting individuals to provide 100,000 meals of hope.

Culinary Collaboration: Curated Creations for a Cause

To kickstart the campaign, Sapparos hosted an exclusive charity dinner on June 18, 2026, under the conceptual theme “The Alchemy of Elements: A Journey of Heritage and Hope.” The multi-course experience beautifully articulated the heritage of Thai cuisine, localized wisdom, and the resilience of community food systems through five masterfully crafted dishes.

Throughout the campaign period, diners can continue to turn their epicurean passions into purposeful acts of giving across several premier establishments:

  • L’Antica Pizzeria Da Michele Bangkok: The legendary 150-year-old Neapolitan pizzeria will soon host dedicated fundraising activities and introduce exclusive menu items tailored for the campaign.
  • Sapparos: From now until September 30, 2026, guests who order the signature “Lamb Massaman Curry paired with Phrasury Rice” will directly contribute meals to marginalized children and youth.
  • FIKKA: The Thai contemporary lifestyle eatery will feature a special “Pork Green Curry served with Roti” menu from June 19 to December 31, 2026, with proceeds supporting the initiative.

Furthermore, dining establishments within Siam Paragon, Siam Center, Siam Discovery, ICONSIAM, and Siam Premium Outlets Bangkok are amplifying the campaign’s reach by facilitating seamless public donations through the Taejai crowdfunding platform. One hundred percent of these public donations will be channeled directly to WFP to fund food security initiatives and aid communities impacted by global crises.
