Here’s where to cop the Gosha Rubchinskiy x Burberry collection

A lookbook image from the collaboration

Earlier this year, Russian streetwear designer Gosha Rubchinskiy unveiled a collaboration with heritage British label, Burberry. The no-frills, sportswear-inspired Rubchinskiy reworked classic Burberry pieces and motifs into edgy new silhouettes. Standout items include a colour-blocked trench coat and a bomber jacket constructed in Burberry’s classic beige and plaid. Accessories include a versatile bucket hat and a duckbill cap. Inspired by youth culture and the legacy of British football in Rubchinskiy’s native Russia, the range is unique, different, and very limited. These items are highly-coveted but still classic enough for a spot in your wardrobe as a staple.

Gosha Rubchinskiy rose to fame as a fashion designer and a photographer (he captured the lookbook for this collection himself). He’s probably one of, if not the most influential name that catapulted Russian street and youth culture to the forefront of street fashion. He’s known for taking inspiration from the fall of the Iron Curtain, Soviet Russia, Russian propoganda, iconography and typography. Previously, he’s collaborated with the likes of adidas and shows at Pitti Uomo.
