Camille Cheng is an accomplished swimmer and Olympian, proudly representing Hong Kong on the world stage. With a diverse heritage – her father from Taiwan and her mother from France – Cheng began her swimming career at the French International School in Hong Kong and later excelled at the University of California, Berkeley. A seven-time Asian Games medallist, Cheng made her Olympic debut in Rio 2016 and is set to compete in Paris 2024. She is one of only three Hong Kong women to achieve an Olympic A time in swimming, showcasing her elite talent. Beyond the pool, Cheng is a mental health advocate, co-founding Mind the Wave to support young athletes. As a Lululemon ambassador, she emphasises the importance of mental well-being in sports. Cheng’s journey is a compelling blend of athletic excellence, resilience, and advocacy, inspiring others to pursue balance in their lives.
