A roundup of Fashion Week 2025 highlights so far

Feb 28, 2025

#legend's resident fashion maven Tasha Lam checks out what the fashion maisons have unveiled on the catwalks at London and Milan Fashion Week 2025

Burberry

For Fall/Winter 2025-2026, Daniel Lee reimagines Burberry’s heritage with theatrical British eccentricity. From quilted coats and ikat-printed trenches to jacquard pyjama suits and velvet damask tailoring, the collection balances countryside opulence with practicality, blending fantasy and function in true Burberry style.

Gucci

Gucci unveiled Continuum, a collection that bridges past aesthetics while awaiting its next creative direction. Following Sabato De Sarno’s sudden departure, the in-house team delivered a show that carefully balanced heritage and reinvention, blending elements from Gucci’s minimalist and maximalist eras.

The show was attended by global stars, including Korean superstar Jin, Chinese actor Xiao Zhan, Thai singer-actor Billkin, Taiwanese actor Austin Lin, and Korean actress and our cover star Park Gyu Young, adding even more glamour to the event.

Dsquared2

Dsquared2's 30th anniversary show was unforgettable! Grammy-winning rapper Doechii opened the event, stepping out of an armored vehicle spilling dollar bills, while fashion icon Naomi Campbell closed it in a leather biker bodysuit. The star-studded cast included supermodels Irina Shayk, Isabeli Fontana, and rapper NLE Choppa, all set against a NYC nightclub-inspired backdrop with hot rods like a McLaren and a Porsche.

Founded by Canadian twins Dean and Dan Caten, the brand remains iconic: Born in Canada, Made in Italy.

Fendi

Fendi’s 100th-anniversary show was worth every minute of its 45-minute delay. The runway, designed to reflect the brand’s original atelier where the founding family hosted social salons in the 1960s and ’70s, perfectly captured the essence of Fendi’s heritage.

The event bridged past, present, and future, celebrating a century of innovation and timeless elegance. Among the star-studded attendees was Stray Kids’ Bang Chan, who made an appearance at the event.

Diesel

Glenn Martens brought a refined yet rebellious energy to @diesel’s Fall/Winter 2025-2026 collection, introducing the season’s standout silhouette: the drop-waist. From tweeds and trompe-l’œil prints to flesh-toned knits with chest hair and distressed denim, the collection balanced sophistication with Diesel’s signature irreverence.

The show ended on a cheeky note with photo-printed shirts and jeans teasingly low, hinting at Martens’ playful humor as he gears up for his next chapter at Maison Margiela. Diesel made a deep impression with drop-waist looks, bold designs, and its signature rebellious energy.

Onitsuka Tiger

Onitsuka Tiger unveiled its Fall/Winter 2025 Yellow Collection at Milan Fashion Week, exploring the theme of Urban Duality. The collection blends modern city vibes with bold, athletic-inspired designs, showcasing a perfect balance of sophistication and functionality.
