Kith takes Versace to the streets in their new collaboration

After month of waiting, the highly anticipated Kith X Versace Collection is finally here. Founder of Kith Ronnie Fieg revealed the collection back in September last year at a runway review during New York Fashion Week, and it’s safe to say that it has hyped up both high fashion fanatics and hypebeasts.

The collection is a re-imagination of Versace’s signature style through Kith’s downtown lens. The impressive range is comprised of over 100 pieces, from men’s and women’s apparel to footwear and accessories. Kith handled the designs, which explains all the streetwear silhouettes; while Versace gathered the fabrics – including silk, velour, nylon, and fleece.

Key items include the black and gold ‘KITH’ puffer jacket showcasing Versace’s usual graphics, the camel fur coat covered in black branding graphics, and the much more casual denim jacket with the white medusa logo embroidered on the back. For this time’s mashup, Kith also had the honour to redesign the Italian fashion house’s classic medusa logo, the first time it has ever been altered for a collaboration.

For the campaign, Kith and Versace went for the cool kids vibe and selected ultra-hyped models Bella Hadid and Lucky Blue Smith, who – predictably – made all of our jaws drop.

The collection is available at selected international Versace flagship stores, all Kith shops and on Kith.com
