Dear father,

Happy Father’s Day! I hope this letter finds you well and that you are happy and healthy! I wanted to let you know it’s been a very promising year so far and that I was so proud to see you put on your 40th year anniversary concert! It was a spectacular show. Your interpretations of all those old classic English songs were eye-opening and as always you gave an exciting and very warm performance.

What an unforgettable experience it was to sing Peter Paul & Mary’s “Lemontree” together with you and Sally. Ever since I was little I have always been admiring you singing onstage and dreamed about how it might be to share your stage with you. Now that this dream has come true I must continue to dream. I wish you the best of health and trust one day I can have you on my stage singing my music!
