​ Choupette, Karl Lagerfeld’s larger than life feline companion, is the latest victim of internet hacking, WWD reports. 

The sassy Birman cat tweeted out a plea for help from her Twitter account, with the help of her human social media handler Ashley Tschudin. Now deleted, the post read “ATTENTION! Somebody hacked my Instagram & changed the PW. Anyone have a contact at Instagram to send moi? Merci!”

Thanks to some help from her social media fan base, Choupette was able to regain control of her account within the day with no damage done, much to the delight of her 96,100 thousand loyal subjects.

Choupette put on a brave face, telling her Twitter followers, “All is well that ends well dahhhlings!” But according to W Magazine, Tschudin says that the young Lagerfeld was “devastated”.
