“I’m really excited to make the most of the nice weather and escape the city to Sai Kung. I like to start the day with my favourite pineapple bun from Sai Kung Cafe & Bakery plus a sourdough sandwich from Cuít, followed by a hike to the beach, and ending with fresh seafood at Sing Kee. And if I can squeeze it in, dessert at Law of Yogurt!”

“My favourite spot as of late is Halfway Coffee. I come here to chill, catch up with friends, have meetings or enjoy some me time. They serve coffee, brunch, all-day breakfast and desserts using vintage porcelain crockery. My go-to combo is avocado toast with iced mocha and a lemon tart. Once in a while they also host exhibitions featuring local artists.”

“I’ll be looking to have a great time at the Outrigger Koh Samui Beach Resort during the Easter holiday. But within the city, I’m trying to discover more fun things to do with the fam. My kids are teenagers and they don’t like to spend too much time with the parents anymore haha. But my family and I are obsessed with a Greek yoghurt shop in Sai Kung called Law of Yogurt. So yummy! I’ll also be trying to dance more and teach more fitness classes. I don’t work for them, but Pure Fitness has amazing facilities and group fitness programmes.”
