Looking for more reasons to go green? Well, eco-entrepreneur and former #legend fashion cover star Emily Lam Ho is giving you eight great reasons to take more small and intentional steps towards a greener future this summer with the Shades 8-week challenge.
Hosted by her sustainability and wellness platform, 8Shades, the challenge kicked off on Monday, 14 June with a simple challenge: go for a walk (and prove it by posting a photo/video onto your IG feed and/or stories). On the site, you’ll find eight reasons why walking is great not only for the environment but for your health too – all participants who enter the weekly challenges are eligible to win a prize at the end of the week. For the walking challenge, the prize is a pair of sustainable, sockless and ‘unstinkable’ sneakers from local brand, Lono.
