The consultancy is waving its magical mixology wand at the Ocean Bar – introducing an extraordinarily curated portfolio of premium, craft, independent and award-winning spirits to unique photogenic cocktails bursting with meticulously infused flavours of the sun-kissed Mediterranean.

Mesmerising instagrammable icons range from St Tropez Summer blending venerated Sipsmith Dry Gin with elderflower, cucumber juice and sparkling prosecco, to Trip to Tuscany, with hibiscus-infused blanco with Vermouth and pomegranate.  

Normandy Skies marries cognac with Maraschino cherry liqueur and green apple; Amalfi Coast blends luxury vodka Absolut Elyx and Italian bitter aperitif Aperol with passion fruit.

Bay of Marseille is a sultry rendezvous of Havana Club rum, cinnamon, coconut water and floral French dry vermouth; Costa Brava Plantation infuses dark rum with tangerine, chili honey and prosecco.

Cote D’Azur celebrates Taittinger Champagne, with legendary Mancino Secco vermouth, French rose and nutmeg; and Primavera Cup mixes thyme-infused Aperol with Muscat liqueur, lime and grapefruit.
