The one that has us most excited is their deconstructed mulled wine (HK$130). We all know mulled wine is red and hot, but the version at FAC looks like a frosty blue potion. Yet, tastes exactly like the warm, spiced Christmas wine you love. They have deconstructed the flavour profile using N.I.P. Gin, citrus, apples, and cinnamon, then reconstructed it with butterfly pea flower.

You can’t tap anywhere for it. You’ll just have to pop down to 52 Peel Street in central Hong Kong to order and experience it.
