Siam Center ushers in the year-end festive season with The Magical Celebration 2026 at Siam Center, a showcase that fuses Thai identity with playful energy through Thai graffiti art, presenting local culture in a bright, contemporary twist.
At the special opening event, Siam Center Lights Up The X’Mas Tree – The Art of Thai, the centre’s executives joined the artists behind the installation—Keng Harit Buayoi, known as Phor Khru Pharan of Ubon, and Tle Matimun Sriboonrueang. The pair, stars of this year’s hit Thai-centric series Khemjira The Series, helped light the Christmas tree and delivered a special performance to welcome the festive season.

Art of Thai – The X’Mas Tree by Redmuuk, an unmistakably Thai Christmas tree.
Inspired by Thailand’s iconic colour-wrapped sacred trees, this creation by Redmuuk (Peerapong Sonpong), an Isaan graffiti artist, blends his signature linework with vivid colours and familiar local motifs—such as Nang Kwak, cats, spirit houses and zebra figurines. The result is a one-of-a-kind “Christmas Tree – the Sacred Tree of Wishes.”
Redmuuk said:
“The real challenge lay in translating my highly detailed linework into a three-dimensional structure. Elements such as Nang Kwak and the zebras come from objects people often see around sacred sites, so I reinterpreted them in a more playful way. I wanted the piece to resonate with Siam’s youth, so I even asked my niece what she liked and disliked to ensure it truly spoke to our audience.”

Beyond the Christmas tree, the event features an advanced AR Wall where visitors can take photos, share moments and immerse themselves in a creative experience that transforms Siam Center into a lively art space infused with Redmuuk’s ideas.
