Start your feast with a selection of sophisticated starters—Gillardeau Oysters, Jamón Ibérico, and Wagyu Beef Tartare—or dive into silky-smooth Lobster Bisque or Bull & Bear Consommé. For the main event, the “Best of the Sea” platter offers up Hokkaido Scallops, Grilled Shrimp, and Norwegian Salmon, alongside Japanese A4 Wagyu Rib Eye, New York Strip Steak, and Dry-aged Australian Lamb. Each dish is expertly grilled over eucalyptus wood and charcoal, imparting a unique smoky aroma and deep, rich flavour.

The indulgence doesn’t stop there. Signature sides like Mac & Cheese, Creamed Spinach, and Grilled Seasonal Vegetables perfectly complement the mains, while dessert lovers can indulge in Vanilla & Strawberry Mille-Feuille and Blueberry Cheesecake—all served to your heart’s content.

Available every weekend from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM, beginning 8 November 2025, the Surf & Turf Semi Buffet is priced at 3,450++ THB per person (4,060 THB net) or 7,000++ THB per person (8,239 THB net) with unlimited Louis Roederer Champagne.
