From Bulgari to De Beers, Critics Choice Awards guests shine on the red carpet

Stars shine brightly in stunning jewels from Bulgari, Tiffany, De Beers and more on the Critics Choice Awards red carpet

Awards season means plenty of red carpet looks to feast our eyes on. We look at some of the top jewellery trends spotted as actresses made their way to the Critics Choice Awards 2023 hosted at the Fairmont Century Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles. From statement necklaces to stunning yellow gold designs, here’s a look at some of the most glamorous looks from the red carpet.

Michelle Yeoh

Looking as glamorous as ever in a ruffled shoulder dress, Everything Everywhere All at Once actress Michelle Yeoh sparkled in jewellery from DeBeers. The Malaysian actress chose to wear a pair of fan-shaped diamond earrings uniquely sent in titanium and intense rose pink aluminium. She also wore a 6.08-carat pear-shaped diamond ring from the brand’s Volute High Jewellery collection, just shy of HK$1.5 million. 

Lily James

British actress Lily James wore several diamond pieces from DeBeers, including a choker from the Arpeggia collection, three diamond rings, and a pair of diamond ear studs that weigh more than four carats. The delicate hints of sparkle from the jewellery paired perfectly with her black and nude off-the-shoulder dress.

Julia Garner

Inventing Anna actress Julia Garner was spotted on the red carpet in a sheer red mini dress and a slicked-back hairdo. She opted to make a statement with a pink gold and diamond Serpenti high jewellery necklace, plus a pair of ruby earrings from Bulgari.

Kerry Washington

Also wearing pieces from Bulgari’s Serpenti collection is actress Kerry Washington. The actress arrived on the red carpet wearing a sequined floral dress and framed her face with diamond and sapphire chandelier earrings featuring the Serpenti collection’s signature snake head motif.

Amanda Seyfried

Amanda Seyfried wowed audiences with her portrayal of Elizabeth Holmes, the now incarcerated former CEO of health tech company Theranos in the Disney + series The Dropout. She was equally stunning on the red carpet in a gorgeous gold dress and jewellery pieces from Cartier’s high jewellery collection. She opted for a statement necklace set with white diamonds.

Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor-Joy accented her shimmering look in a glamorous nude gown with diamond jewellery from Tiffany & Co. Alongside two rings and a pair of diamond stud earrings, the actress wore a heart-shaped pendant from the Blue Book Collection set with more than 20 carats of diamonds. 

Michelle Williams

In a gold one-shoulder dress and a matching short wavy blond bob, Michelle Williams chose to pair or look with a yellow gold statement necklace. She wore Tiffany & Co’s Schlumberger Petal Fringe Necklace in 18k yellow gold and platinum, a pair of inside-out diamond hoop earrings and a Schlumberger Stitches Ring in gold and platinum with diamonds.
