Valentino Garavani has introduced the VRING, a classic handbag style with a modern twist. (The handbag collection was dreamed up by the house’s über talented creative director Pierpaolo Piccioli.) The VRING name comes from the fact that each carryall features the house’s instantly recognisable V logo with a metal ring and a playful rouge pur (pure red) leather ribbon. The accessory is available in various, shapes, colours and sizes.

The VRING was first spotted at the Italian fashion house’s women’s spring/summer 2019 show in Paris last September. On the catwalk, top models carried the versatile day-to-night bag with everything from flowy cocktail dresses to tailored separates. #welove a holdall that goes with everything!

Recently, H.R.H. the Duchess of Sussex sported a Valentino Garavani VRING crossbody bag (she carried it as a clutch) during her visit to Morocco. She paired it with matching Valentino Garavani gloves and shoes and a custom Valentino Haute Couture dress by Pierpaolo Piccioli.
