If you are looking for a property in Niseko - hailed as a premier ski destination in Asia for its exceptional powder snow - you may be interested to know that two new villa designs have just been announced.

Odin Hills, a luxury residential development in Niseko, has introduced two villa designs: the J-Series and K-Series. These homes combine contemporary functionality with traditional Japanese aesthetics, offering an elevated lifestyle in one of Japan's most sought-after alpine retreats.

The J-Series features four to five-bedroom chalets with ensuite rooms, onsen-inspired spas, and open-plan living areas. Designed for multigenerational living, they prioritise privacy and family connection. Outdoor spaces include a fire pit and BBQ deck, ideal for enjoying Niseko’s natural beauty.

The K-Series offers a more accessible option without compromising on luxury. These four-bedroom villas include mezzanine retreats, expansive windows framing Mount Yotei, and outdoor leisure areas. Intelligent design ensures comfort and practicality throughout.

Both designs reflect Odin Hills’ commitment to mindful luxury, integrating Japanese design elements like Genkan entryways and spa rooms. Residents also gain access to the Odin Hills Clubhouse, featuring wellness facilities, dining spaces, and concierge services.

Beyond its attraction for winter sports enthusiasts, Niseko is also famously known for its natural hot springs or onsens. These geothermal baths provide therapeutic benefits making them a quintessential part of the area's experience.

Construction begins in 2025 for owners finalising designs by March. Completion is expected by early 2026.
