Madame Fù and L'Occitane unveil a unique afternoon tea experience: Le Grand Voyage L'Occitane en Provence

Starting November 1st, 2024, guests at Tai Kwun can indulge in a culinary journey that marries the flavours of Provence with a touch of luxury, featuring a selection of exquisite pastries and savoury delights inspired by the festive season

In the vibrant setting of Tai Kwun, Hong Kong, a new afternoon tea experience emerges, blending culinary artistry with the essence of French skincare. Madame Fù has collaborated with L'Occitane to present "Le Grand Voyage L'Occitane en Provence", an offering that draws inspiration from the festive season and the natural ingredients that define L'Occitane's ethos.

The afternoon tea features a selection of sweet and savoury dishes, with a notable highlight being the Lemon Fantasy Delight cup. This creation combines zesty lemon with a smooth white chocolate mousse, aiming to refresh and invigorate the palate.

Chef Taylor Leung has curated an array of delicacies that reflect the flavours of Provence. Among these, the Dark Chocolate Tart stands out, filled with rich chocolate mousse and complemented by tangy cherries, all nestled in a buttery pastry. The savoury options include Crab Roe and Meat Celery Tart, Northern Smoked Salmon Salad, and Spicy Halloumi Avocado Toast, each designed to provide a taste of France through their carefully balanced flavours.

As part of this unique experience, guests will receive a complimentary Almond Home Spa Travel Kit from L'Occitane, available while stocks last. This addition aims to enhance the afternoon tea experience without overshadowing its culinary focus.

Starting November 1st, 2024, Le Grand Voyage L'Occitane en Provence will be served daily from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM. This initiative invites patrons not just to enjoy a meal but to engage in a sensory journey that celebrates food and self-care in a tranquil setting away from the city's hustle.
