Chen began her career in fashion as head of sales and marketing for a contemporary showroom, later serving as managing director for a luxury property developer in Tokyo. She co-founded ANDRSN Flowers, an innovative online florist specialising in boxed roses, which quickly became a leader in Hong Kong’s floral market. Now, as an independent consultant, she specializes in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and Project Management across various sectors. Passionate about social impact, Jessi is a Partner at Talking Mental, a content creation agency focused on improving mental health resources and breaking down stigmas. On a personal note, Jessi is navigating her fertility journey with her husband, finding support in her community of friends and fellow mothers, which has been invaluable in fostering open conversations about the challenges and advancements in this area.
