Transport yourself to the French Riviera and enjoy a lively brunch experience this spring with LPM’s “La Vie en Rosé” weekend brunch. Guests can savour French-Mediterranean cuisine and free-flowing rosé while basking in the vibrant atmosphere. Served every Sunday from 12 pm to 5 pm, the dishes feature a range of LPM’s signature dishes including fresh tuna carpaccio, homemade pappardelle with beef ragout and pork chimichurri. Prices start at HK$688 for food and mocktails to HK$998 for a selection of five different cocktails and premium rosé or champagne.

Hop into Calle Ocho to celebrate its first Easter brunch, running from April 7 to 10. Serving true Spanish flavours, diners can enjoy authentic tapas such as Iberico ham croquetas and huevos rotos, a steak tagliata, and a seafood paella to fill up your bellies. To end the meal right, chef Victor Caballe Molina added an Easter special dessert – the Candela’s Manchego cheesecake – to satisfy your sweet tooth. Priced at HK$348 per person with an additional HK$198 for a 90-minute free flow.

Somm

Located inside Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Somm launches the all-time favourite Sommkind of brunch. Crafted with the finest seasonal ingredients, diners begin with a curated selection of sharing starters, then a choice of main course and a dessert. Some highlights include the smoked Tasmanian salmon rillette, roasted Ping Yuen chicken and a sweet ending with Somm’s signature abinao chocolate soufflé. Available exclusively from April 7 to 10, the brunch is priced at HK$768 per person, which includes a 90-minute of access to the sommelier’s selection of sparkling wine and cocktails.

An ideal option for families to escape from the city! This Easter, take your young ones for some beachfront fun in South Lantau at Bathers. Located on Cheung Sha Beach, the restaurant offers a three-course Easter all-day menu that includes beef carpaccio with roast pumpkin, seared barramundi served with fresh mussels and house-baked cherry frangipane. An extensive Easter special menu is also available for children, which includes a choice of main, one scoop of ice cream and one drink. Priced at HK$380 per adult and HK$180 per child, be ready to be stuffed and served.

Vista

Looking for a brunch place with bubbles and panoramic views? Vista is the latest brunch spot at One Peking that offers a remarkable Italian weekend feast overlooking the Victoria Harbour. Guests will be welcomed with a superb seafood platter consisting of delectable lobsters, prawns, mussels and clams. This is followed by the opportunity to indulge in their unlimited buffet with cold cuts, oven-hot favourites, and chef’s meat carving and pasta live stations. The regular brunch starts at HK$688 per person, and for an additional HK$200, you can enjoy free-flow bubbles, cocktails, wine and beer.
