The #legend 100 party was held during this year’s AIA Carnival, with M·A·C Cosmetics and Vilebrequin photo booth, Aimee Yan reports

The #legend100 party took place at the Etihad Harbourside VIP Lounge within the carnival grounds. Overlooking Victoria Harbour, the venue offered a relaxed space for guests to unwind and connect amid the carnival’s lively atmosphere. The evening welcomed a vibrant range of guests, including Jessie Li, Alice Ma, Adrienne Lau, and more.

Serving as the main event space, the Etihad Harbourside VIP Lounge offered food and drinks, allowing guests to enjoy refreshments while mingling freely. Multiple experience zones were set up within the lounge, encouraging guests to participate at their own pace. The overall flow was clear and unforced, creating a comfortable and unhurried experience.

M·A·C Cosmetics hosted an on-site make-up station, offering touch-up services and hands-on trials of products from its latest collections – Powder Kiss. With the guidance of professional make-up artists, guests could refine their looks and experience the textures and finishes of the products firsthand before heading into the rest of the evening.

After completing their make-up, guests were invited to stop by the Vilebrequin photo booth to capture relaxed, candid moments from the night. The experience-led setup allowed participants to move freely between different areas without the pressure of a fixed schedule.

Beyond the Etihad Harbourside VIP Lounge, guests were free to explore the AIA Carnival itself, enjoying a wide range of game booths and rides. This year’s carnival featured over 20 game stalls, including shooting and basketball challenges, alongside new additions such as “Sharp shooter”, “Monster Munch”. Selected games also offered plush prizes featuring popular Zootopia characters like Judy, Nick and more, attracting many eager participants.

Classic booths like the Lobster Pot, where players aim to toss balls into buckets without them bouncing out, and Milk Churns, which challenge players to land balls neatly into milk bottles, returned as crowd favourites. Simple to play yet highly engaging, these games, paired with attractive prizes, appealed to participants of all ages.

On the rides front, new attractions included the Big Ben Tower and Supreme Waltzers. The Big Ben Tower is a high-altitude rotating ride that rises to approximately 80 metres, offering panoramic views of Victoria Harbour. Meanwhile, the Supreme Waltzers combines spinning and rotating motion along wave-shaped tracks, delivering a dynamic, rhythmic experience.
A variety of food stalls were also available throughout the carnival, offering options such as Taiwanese braised pork rice, pizza, fish balls and siu mai, etc. All allowing guests to refuel between activities. Photo spots were scattered across the venue as well, giving guests plenty of opportunities to capture the festive energy of the night and round off the experience on a lively note.
