Week One: Win a grand dinner set for four at Foxglove

Home to an effortlessly stylish and retro inspired hidden culinary gem by Ming Fat House, Foxglove has just introduced a new menu and culinary direction with a focus on traditional Cantonese cuisine, moving away from its previous French-inspired dining experience.

Under the direction of newly appointed Head Chef Tony Hung, the revamped menu will provide diners a nostalgic departure from the restaurant’s1920s-inspired chic environment. Hung, who previously worked at celebrated Cantonese restaurant Hoi King Heen at the Intercontinental Grand Stanford, has created a feast of authentic Cantonese flavours and blended them with contemporary cooking techniques.

Among many highlights, the set menu includes reinvented Chinese classics like “spotted Garoupa fillet” and the “prawn two ways”, served with wasabi aioli and sweet and sour sauce.
