Alcaraz’s masterful display of speed, creativity and skill on the clay courts of Roland Garros has captivated a new generation of tennis enthusiasts.

“I’m really grateful to have the team I have and the people I have around me,” Alcaraz said during the prize-giving ceremony, where he was presented the Musketeers’ trophy by tennis legend Björn Borg, a fellow Rolex testimonee.

A series of historic achievements have punctuated the Spaniard’s remarkable career trajectory. In 2022, he claimed his first Grand Slam title at the US Open, becoming the youngest world No. 1 in tennis history at the age of 19. This year, he added the Wimbledon trophy to his growing collection and triumphed at the Indian Wells Masters.

Alcaraz’s success has solidified his status as one of the sport’s brightest rising stars, captivating audiences worldwide with his dynamic, crowd-pleasing style of play.

As a brand ambassador, Alcaraz joins a legendary lineup of Rolex testimonees who have also tasted glory at Roland Garros, including Rod Laver, Chris Evert, Björn Borg, and Iga Świątek, who claimed her fourth women’s singles title on Saturday. Coco Gauff also triumphed in the women’s doubles event, delivering a trio of trophies for Rolex’s testimonees at this year’s French Open.
