TAG Heuer presents new interpretations of the Formula 1, Carerra and Monaco watches
As the official Watch partner of the Formula 1 Grand Prix, racing has always been at the heart of the brand. From the Carrera to the Monaco, many of TAG Heuer’s signature collection centres around that connection to the automotive world.
Following a one-off collaboration with artist Kith last year to bring back the 1980s icon Formula 1, TAG Heuer welcomes a full-fledged comeback of the reference at this year’s Watches and Wonders.
The new Formula 1 38mm Date Solagraph adds a bright colourway signature to the collection and an eco-conscious touch. Fitted with the TH50-00, TAG Heuer’s Solagraph movement eliminates the need for batteries and instead relies on solar power for momentum.

All dials in this series are slightly transparent to enable the movement beneath to capture light. The applied hour markers and the Tag Heuer emblem positioned at 12, 6, and 9 o’clock are featured alongside the red and green logo across the dial. Formula 1’s signature bidirectional bezel with notches at each five-minute interval is now made out of TH-Polylight, which takes on a number of different bold shades in the various iterations.

Also making a comeback this year at TAG Heuer is an iteration of the Carrera that sports the beads-of-rice bracelet. After bringing back the glass box sapphire crystal face to the reference in 2023, the beads-of-rice bracelet provides yet another missing link to the Carrera's design heritage. The bracelet is built from alternating flat and round links that are brushed and polished, respectively. The design results in a supple bracelet that hugs the wrist for a better, more ergonomic fit.
This year, the bracelet appears in Carrera Chronograph and Dato Chronograph references, in black, blue, and panda for the former and green for the latter. The timepiece otherwise retains its signature silhouette with its crown and two pushers.

For another bold splash of colour, TAG Heuer presents Monaco Split-Seconds Chronograph F1 in white ceramic with a red sapphire crystal cut-out dial plate. This version of the signature square watch was created for Formula 1. It features square-shaped chronograph counters at 6 and 3 o’clock, with the words ‘Lights Out’ etched on the former and ’& Away We Go’ on the latter.
The self-winding rattrapante split-second chronograph movement, Calibre TH81-00, is revealed beneath the red sapphire crystal cutout dial and has a 65-hour power reserve.
