The releases setting the tone for 2026

Zenith Defy Revival A3643

Zenith’s LVMH Watch Week releases striked a confident balance between heritage and modernity. The Defy Revival A3643 is a strong case in point. A faithful return of a 1969 design, it brings back the brand’s angular octagonal case and distinctive 14-sided bezel, and pairs it with a silver sunray silver dial recreated using a high-precision scan of the vintage reference. Complemented with a ladder-style stainless-steel bracelet originally designed for Zenith by Gay Frères in 1969, the Defy Revival A3643 is powered by the Elite 670 manufacture movement, which is on full display through the caseback.

Gérald Genta Geneva Time-Only

The new Gérald Genta Geneva Time-Only takes the design of last year’s Geneva Minute Repeater and tones it down with a time-only movement. Measuring just 8.15mm and driven by the Zenith Elite cal. GG-005P automatic movement, the watch is offered in two variants: the Marrone, rendered in a warm 18k rose gold 4N with a brown gradient grained brass dial and brown calfskin strap; and Grafite, which delivers a cooler metallic presence in white gold paired with a silver-shaded grained brass dial and grey calfskin strap. Subtle yet thoughtful details elevate both watches, including the refined, smaller 38mm diameter cushion-shaped case; and a single, broader and shorter lug on each side of the case replacing the traditional pair. Turning the watches over reveals the calibre GG-005P, Gerald Genta’s branded take on the ultra-thin Zenith Elite automatic, visible through a transparent caseback. The movement keeps a 50-hour power reserve and beats at 4Hz.

Bvlgari Maglia Milanese Monete Secret Watch

At LVMH Watch Week 2026, Bvlgari expresses its dual soul as Roman goldsmith and Swiss watchmaker. A jewel as much as a timepiece, the Maglia Milanese Monete secret watch revisits Monete, a design introduced by the Maison in the mid-1960s. Crafted in 18k rose gold with a Milanese mesh bracelet, the watch is centred around a silver Monete coin from 198–297 AD depicting Emperor Caracalla that conceals the dial beneath, made from mother-of-pearl and adorned with twelve diamond hour markers. The hidden Piccolissimo manual movement allows the case to remain remarkably slim, reinforcing the piece’s refined proportions.

Hublot Big Bang Tourbillon Novak Djokovic GOAT Edition

Hublot scored serious points with their Big Bang Tourbillon Novak Djokovic GOAT Edition, a three-watch series created in tribute to its long-time ambassador Novak Djokovic and his record-breaking tennis career. A trilogy of colourways represent the courts that Djokovic has played on – 72 blue for hard, 21 orange for clay and eight green for grass adding up to the 101 tournament victories to date. Each version features a 44mm case made from a proprietary Hublot composite incorporating fragments of Djokovic’s Lacoste polo shirts and Head tennis racquets, complemented by a white rubber strap with accents that match the case colour. The case middle is constructed from Titaplast®, a lightweight polymer designed to offer strength comparable to titanium, keeping the total weight to just 56 grams. The dial takes inspiration from tennis rackets – what appears to be a lattice-like network of “strings” is actually a single filament just 0.55 mm thick that snakes its way across the mainplate. All this is powered by Hublot’s MHUB6035 automatic tourbillon movement, delivering a 72-hour power reserve. Serve.

Daniel Roth Extra-Plat Rose Gold Skeleton

Last year, Daniel Roth introduced the Extra Plat Souscription, a spectacular, extra-thin gold dress watch with a sophisticated guilloché dial. In the new Daniel Roth Extra Plat Rose Gold Skeleton, LV – and its in-house watchmaking arm, La Fabrique du Temps – imagines the Extra Plat in an openworked version in which the movement’s beauty is revealed in full. Said movement, the hand-wound calibre DR002SR, was developed specifically for this watch, featuring freshly designed bridges and plates crafted in 18k 5N rose gold that matches the watch’s double-ellipse case – a signature of the Daniel Roth maison. And although there are no hour markers, telling time is easy thanks to a set of arrow-tipped blue hands.

Tag Heuer Carrera Chronograph Seafarer

Tag Heuer revived its Seafarer maritime chronograph, reimagining it as a modern Carrera “Glassbox.” Measuring 42mm in steel, the new Carrera Seafarer remains faithful to the 1949 Seafarer tide watch that it draws inspiration from, with its champagne dial and Intrepid Teal accents, named after 1967 America’s Cup-winning yacht that inspired Jack Heuer’s original Skipper. Powering the watch is the TH20-04 automatic movement, which expands upon the foundation of the TH20-00 with a tide indicator that takes the place of its 12-hour counter. Set via a dedicated pusher at nine o’clock, the rotating tide disc completes one full rotation every 29.53125 days, accurately tracking lunar cycles and indicating optimal tidal conditions.

Tiffany & Co. Tiffany Timer

Photo: Tiffany & Co.

The Tiffany Timer, created in 1866, was the earliest American-made stopwatch designed for exacting measurements and technical performance. 160 years later, Tiffany & Co. celebrates its enduring watchmaking legacy with the new Tiffany Timer, limited to just 60 pieces worldwide. A 40mm polished platinum case frames a lustrous Tiffany Blue® lacquer dial, accented by baguette-cut diamond indexes and white gold hands. The crown itself is faceted, echoing the iconic six-prong Tiffany setting. Flip the watch over and you’ll see a customised Zenith El Primero movement, adorned with a miniature Bird on a Rock motif hand-sculpted from 18k yellow gold.

Louis Vuitton Escale Tiger Eye

Limited to just 30 pieces, Louis Vuitton’s Escale Tiger’s Eye brings together a monolithic tiger’s eye case ring and matching dial – each one naturally striated, each one slightly different – framed by warm yellow gold for the first time in the Escale collection. At 40mm, it wears with ease, but there’s substance beneath the surface too, driven by Louis Vuitton’s chronometer-certified LFT023 movement with a rose-gold micro-rotor visible through the caseback. Time is indicated by 18k yellow gold hour and minute hands, whose warm sheen contrasts elegantly with the stone dial, while PVD-coated titanium seconds add a contemporary technical accent. Applied 18k yellow gold indexes complete the composition, reinforcing the watch’s luxurious character while ensuring clarity and balance.
