The 82nd Golden Globes ceremony celebrates the best of both film and television. David Ho looks at who won

After last year's disastrous hosting by Jo Koy, new host Nikki Glaser brought back the fun to this year's awards function. She opened with a strong monologue that saw her praise the servers as "the hardest working actors in show business" and the event itself as "Ozempic's biggest night" that elicited plenty of laughs. 

Emilia Pérez, Conclave, Shōgun and The Brutalist were among the works that picked up awards. Demi Moore gave a moving winning speech for her win in "Best female actor in a film – musical or comedy" about how she was psychologically affected after being branded a popcorn actress and how working on The Substance helped her know the value of her worth.

Tadanobu Asano's "Best Supporting Actor in a Series, Limited Series, Anthology Series, or Motion Picture Made for Television" victory also made us smile with his earnest self-introduction in his speech. Without further ado, here is the full list of winners:
