Chef Andrea and his culinary team work closely with Jagota, Thailand’s leading premium ingredients supplier with over two decades of expertise, to source, select, and refine the finest Wagyu cuts from around the world. Thanks to Jagota’s long-standing network and rigorous quality standards, every cut that arrives in Ventisi’s kitchen is handled with utmost care, ensuring pristine cleanliness, freshness, and unparalleled quality.

At the heart of the experience is the remarkable Carrara Wagyu, a premium Australian Wagyu celebrated for its beautifully marbled fat, almost artistic in its pattern. When prepared using Chef Andrea’s signature techniques, the result is a melt-in-the-mouth tenderness and refined richness that make every bite truly unforgettable.

Under the theme “Sip & Sizzle: Wagyu Edition”, Ventisi transforms Friday evenings into a gastronomic journey, presenting a caravan of international Wagyu dishes, the finest from across cultures and cooking traditions. Guests can savour delights such as succulent Wagyu burgers, oxtail-filled ravioli with truffle sauce, Spanish-style brisket, steak with herb-infused butter, and karubi yakiniku.

Alongside with Thai aesthetic dishes, including Wagyu boat noodles, Wagyu pad krapao, grilled beef tongue, grilled short ribs served with jaew sauce, classic beef tartare, grilled beef salad, and Wagyu teriyaki skewers. Each dish is crafted to showcase the unique personality and flavour profile of each cut.

Complementing the feast, Ventisi also features an impressive selection of cold cuts, artisanal cheeses, a fresh salad bar, soups, Thai desserts, freshly baked pastries, a variety of cakes, ice cream, and seasonal fruits, all served in an inviting and relaxed atmosphere enhanced by live music that elevates the entire dining experience.
