The season of joy has returned once more, and Rosewood Bangkok celebrates its arrival with a special Festive Afternoon Tea at Lakorn, inviting you to savour a truly delightful experience as the New Year approaches.

This year’s festive afternoon tea has been meticulously crafted by Executive Chef Hugo Bertolini and the Lakorn culinary team. They present an array of sweet and savoury creations, each designed with the spirit of the season in mind. Highlights include Sourdough Bread with Wagyu Ham and Tomato Confit, Rye Bread with Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese, and Multigrain Bread with Goat Cheese, Caramelized Onion, and Thyme.

To complement the savouries, the menu features an indulgent selection of desserts, each offering its own festive charm: Winter Berries with Mascarpone and Lime Zest, Spiced Rum Canelé, Gingerbread Loaf Cake with Coconut Caramel, Almond Financier with Roasted Peaches and Pistachio Praline, Mont Blanc Tartlet with Chestnut and Gold Leaf, and 80% Dark Chocolate Mousse with Hazelnut and Coffee Ganache, among many others.

All the sweet and savoury delights in the Festive Afternoon Tea are served with premium teas that pair effortlessly with the flavours on the stand, including Mariage Frères and cold-brew tea. Coffee lovers may opt for Lakorn’s classic coffee selections instead. Each set also comes with a traditional eggnog, the quintessential Christmas drink.

Guests looking to elevate their afternoon tea experience with a touch of alcohol can do so as well. Lakorn offers a selection that includes Hennessy, Baileys, spiced rum and Bollinger Special Cuvée Brut Champagne.
