“…Prepare to savour the enchantment of Spanish gastronomy and wine like never before with Eat Spain Drink Spain Thailand 2025. Running from 22 September to 15 October 2025, this three-week celebration will take Thai audiences on a journey through flavour and culture, featuring over 60 activities and more than 40 exclusive promotions from leading restaurants and bars across the country…”

A key highlight of the event is the Ruta de la Tapa, where 15 Spanish restaurants in Bangkok will come together to create an authentic tapas trail. Participants can collect digital stamps along the route to win grand prizes. More than just a feast, the experience reflects the essence of Spanish culture, sharing, conviviality, and warmth.

The campaign was launched in style on 23 September, with celebrated Spanish chefs in Thailand leading the charge: Chef Willy of el Willy Kitchen, Chef Palanca of Vaso, Chef Pepe Dasi of Luma, Chef Roberto of Albricias, Chef David Aparicio of PanWat, Chef Riky of Bar Sociedad Laferia, Chef Pau Brossa of Pura Brasa, and Chef Kanikka of Taburete. Together, they infused creativity and passion into the dishes, setting the tone for an exciting programme filled with culinary discoveries.

Over the course of three weeks, guests will enjoy Spanish-style celebrations, from brunches and Giant Paella tastings to the unveiling of premium Spanish sashimi-grade fish, Ombrena. The programme also includes cooking classes, wine-pairing dinners, and promotions from more than 70 restaurants and hotels nationwide. Whether sipping sherry at a rooftop bar in central Bangkok, sharing pinchos with friends, or shopping for imported ingredients at local supermarkets, every experience reflects the vibrant soul of Spanish lifestyle, joyful, warm, and rooted in togetherness around the table.

More than a culinary festival, Eat Spain Drink Spain Thailand 2025 is a cultural bridge, celebrating food and wine while fostering meaningful connections between Spain and Thailand. Each activity is thoughtfully curated to reflect Spain’s rich cultural heritage while embracing the dynamism of Thailand’s food scene.
