The Macallan unveils TIME:SPACE Mastery whisky to mark the brand’s bicentennial

TIME:SPACE Mastery is a single malt whisky with a distinctive profile, featuring complex layers that mirror the brand’s two centuries of rich history. The whisky is the result of a careful selection of 14 different cask types, which together create a sophisticated depth of flavour, aroma, and texture from the very first sip.

Notably, the whisky also draws influence from European and American sherry oak casks, American bourbon casks, and high-quality refill casks, which all meld together seamlessly. TIME:SPACE Mastery reflects The Macallan’s unrivalled whisky-making expertise and its commitment to preserving and advancing this tradition for future generations.

The whisky is presented in a meticulously designed spherical decanter, symbolising the cyclical journey through time, from past to future. In contrast to the understated elegance of the decanter itself, the packaging is emblazoned with a vivid red hue—a signature colour of The Macallan—and features 200 delicate points, representing the brand’s bicentennial. These points, crafted with origami-inspired techniques, evoke the notion of protecting something precious and fragile, underscoring The Macallan's dedication to its craft: whisky without equal.
