“...LOEWE's unveiled Spring/Summer 2025 collection, crafted by Creative Director Jonathan Anderson, which invites all to escape the chaos and enter a tranquil world filled with simplicity. This essence emerges from a reduction of overwhelming elements, culminating in a collection characterised by sinuous silhouettes that flow effortlessly. Presented against an empty white runway, the sole decoration is a serene bird sculpture that captivates every gaze, much like LOEWE's collection for the Spring/Summer season of 2025...”
The designs in this collection feature gracefully curved silhouettes, showcasing the meticulous craftsmanship of their structure. Employing a wire framework, these forms extend outward, with such delicate detail enhancing the texture of the materials. This includes Impressionist floral motifs on sheer silk, feather prints inspired by famous artists, camouflaged patterns, mother-of-pearl, beaded knitwear, and luxuriously soft nappa leather.
Highlights of the show was a short dress made from mother-of-pearl material, painstakingly cut and assembled by hand without the aid of machinery, resulting in a piece that glimmers like fish scales as it catches the light, just as seen on the runway.
The collection also featured accessories crafted with graphic silhouettes, such as the lightweight and flexible ‘Madrid’ trapezoidal bag and the ankle-high Ballet Runners, among many others.
This season, a host of renowned celebrities from around the globe gathered in droves to witness LOEWE’s Spring/Summer 2025 collection, including Emily Ratajkowski, Gal Gadot, Manu Rios, and Shin Minah, alongside Thai actress and LOEWE brand ambassador, Baifern Pimchanok.
