The menu is now available for you to savour at Igniv Bangkok, located in The St. Regis Bangkok…”

Igniv Bangkok is renowned for delivering a unique fine dining experience with its sharing concept. The restaurant focuses on using the finest ingredients, both international and local, to create meticulously crafted dishes. Guests who visit are assured of an unforgettable culinary journey, leaving with cherished memories of their dining experience.

For this season, Chef Arne Riehn, the new Head Chef at Igniv Bangkok, and his team have crafted a special menu that showcases the unique characteristics of both European and Asian cuisines. The menu features a rich array of ingredients and flavours, including intense sauces, tangy pickling liquids, smooth brioche bread, traditional German-style pickled cabbage, creamy French white wine butter sauces, and the balanced taste of rum and raisins.

“The inspiration for this autumn menu stems from my first visit to Asia in November 2018. I remembered the rich flavours of the local ingredients, which were  different from those I had encountered in Europe. My intention was to blend these ingredients with the natural flavours of Europe to create a new menu that celebrates the changing of the seasons. Tasting these local ingredients was a special experience for me, and I am eager to share this uniqueness with you through my inaugural seasonal menu as Head Chef at Igniv Bangkok,” said Chef Arne Riehn.

Each dish in this autumn menu combines classic elements with a blend of traditional and modern presentation and cooking techniques.

To finish the dining experience, Igniv Bangkok offers a special touch with the candy store, evoking nostalgic childhood memories. Guests can delight in a variety of sweets, including cannelé, madeleine, caramel candies, toffee, chocolate-coated nuts, panforte, and nougat. These treats provide a delightful way to share the memorable dining experience with loved ones at home.

Experience this exclusive autumn menu at Igniv Bangkok, located in The St. Regis Bangkok, from now until 30th November, available daily from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The restaurant also offers vegan, vegetarian, à la carte, and children’s menu options to suit all preferences.
