“...Breitling, one of the esteemed Swiss watchmaking brands with a rich history spanning over 140 years, is instantly recognisable for its distinct style and identity. For enthusiasts captivated by the allure of timepieces, Breitling's name alone evokes an understanding of its unique charm. In its latest endeavour, in partnership with Pendulum Thailand, Breitling has unveiled an extraordinary event to celebrate its enduring journey of over 14 decades in the realm of horology…”
Beyond the symbol of joyous celebration inherent in the event, and the array of beverages and canapés enveloping the atmosphere, what truly captivates the attendees and bears witness to Breitling's journey this time is nothing short of the unveiling of their latest model from the iconic Navitimer series. A pinnacle of design excellence by Breitling, this flagship piece was showcased at the grandest horological event of the year, Watches & Wonders 2024, offering attendees an intimate glimpse into its magnificence.
For aficionados of Breitling or enthusiasts of aviator-style timepieces, it's widely known that the Navitimer model is one of the top-notch designs that first graced the world over 72 years ago, introduced by Willy Breitling. Since then, it has undergone refinements for perfection consistently since 1952. This year, the iconic model has been reimagined once again, with two exquisite editions, including the Navitimer Automatic GMT and the Navitimer Automatic, ensuring its timeless appeal and functionality are upheld for contemporary demands.
The Navitimer Automatic is crafted in a 41-millimetre size, utilising a variety of materials including stainless steel, 18K red gold, and a combination of stainless steel with 18K red gold. It is powered by the precise and reliable Breitling Caliber 17 movement, ensuring exceptional accuracy and performance.
The special edition Navitimer Automatic GMT also comes in the same 41-millimetre size, featuring in two editions both stainless steel and 18K red gold materials. The robust Breitling Caliber 32 movement powers it. What sets it apart is the incorporation of distinctive arrow-shaped hands in various colours, adding a touch of flair to its design.
For those interested, can now experience the precision craftsmanship of the Navitimer Automatic GMT and Navitimer Automatic timepieces at the Pendulum boutique, located in CentralWorld. This exclusive showcase will run until May 31, 2024.
