This unique dining event was designed under the concept "Gundagai Lamb – The Only Lamb to Make the Grade," aiming to highlight the superior quality of Gundagai lamb. This brand is celebrated across the global culinary community as one of the finest lambs available, praised for its tender texture, delicate flavour, and sustainable farming practices that run throughout the production process.

The exclusive evening brought together an impressive line-up of celebrated chefs from four of Thailand’s top restaurants, each presenting a unique dish that showcased the distinct qualities of Gundagai lamb. These culinary artists included Chef Wilfrid Hocquet from Blue by Alain Ducasse, Chef Ian Kittichai, owner of Khun Hom and Thailand’s Iron Chef, Chef Tharit “Jakub” Tangsongsirisak from Fat Lamb BKK, the first Lambassador in Thailand, and Chef Jackie Chan of Hei Yin.

The collaboration of these culinary virtuosos resulted in an unforgettable gastronomic experience, with each chef infusing their own signature style to elevate the lamb to new heights. The dishes truly embodied the versatility and premium nature of Gundagai lamb, ensuring each guest was treated to a feast of culinary artistry.

The perfection of this gourmet journey was further enhanced by the inclusion of a premium selection of Australian wines, meticulously curated by Pernod Ricard (Thailand) Ltd. These wines were carefully chosen to complement the varied flavours of the lamb, creating a harmonious balance that elevated the dining experience, ensuring that every bite and sip left a lasting impression.
