Chef Enoch Teo's 7-course menu features a rich variety of flavours designed to delight and stimulate your palate. Start with appetisers including fresh Mada isashimi, soft homemade mantou served with spicy crab butter, double-boiled chicken consommé with goji berry dumplings, and coral trout with Chinese spinach and rose wine beurre blanc.

Main courses feature truffle wagyu with rice noodles, and abalone claypot rice with Chinese sausage. Finish the meal with the perfect dessert, featuring  Elements of Tea, osmanthus jelly, honey oolong ice cream, and hot tea, harmoniously blended into a delightful sweet finish.

Chef Enoch Teo, a distinguished Singaporean chef, has honed his craft at Michelin-starred restaurants such as Restaurant Andre and Les Amis. He earned accolades as a finalist in Top Chef Thailand 2023 and as a semi-finalist in The Next Iron Chef Thailand Season 2. Currently, Chef Enoch is dedicated to sharing his Singaporean Chinese culinary heritage with Thai locals and international guest.
