This gastronomic journey reaches new heights through the masterful artistry of three culinary virtuosos:
- Chef Hans Zahner: The new Executive Chef, specialising in French cuisine and a recipient of a Michelin star. Chef Hans honed his skills under the tutelage of culinary legends such as Alain Ducasse and Christophe Moret. His illustrious career includes elevating Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris to Michelin-starred status and serving as Executive Chef at The Peninsula Shanghai. Most recently, he led the culinary team at Signiel Hotel in Seoul before joining the Peninsula Bangkok to redefine its culinary standards.
- Chef Dicky To: The new Head Chinese Chef at Mei Jiang, celebrated for his expertise in authentic Cantonese cuisine. Chef Dicky brings decades of experience from Peninsula hotels in Shanghai, Tokyo, Paris, and London. His signature style seamlessly blends traditional Cantonese techniques with contemporary flair and locally sourced ingredients, creating a dining experience that is both innovative and deeply rooted in culinary heritage.
- Chef Jimmy Boulay: The new Head Pastry Chef, an exceptional talent in the world of desserts and chocolate. Chef Jimmy's illustrious career spans iconic establishments such as Fauchon Paris, Sketch London, and Le Meurice Paris. Known for his boundless creativity and passion for pastry arts, he crafts desserts that are as visually stunning as they are delicious.
At Gastronomic Masterpieces, the artistry of these three chefs will be showcased through a seven-course menu that celebrates the finest premium ingredients, including Prunier caviar and exquisite produce from Jagota. Each dish is thoughtfully paired with world-class wines to elevate the dining experience further.
