Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel is preparing to celebrate the joyous year-end season with the reopening of Madison Steak Avenue, Bangkok’s legendary premium steakhouse. Loved for over a decade, this iconic dining venue returns this November, offering exquisite steak creations and world-class premium wines to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Madison Steak Avenue is renowned for its selection of high-quality ingredients, particularly premium-grade beef sourced from the finest farms around the world. This includes American Wagyu from Snake River Farms, ranked among the top three beef producers globally. The unique feature of the Wagyu from this farm is that it comes from a crossbreed of high-quality cattle, specifically American Wagyu and Japanese Wagyu, which results in meticulously prepared beef that is exceptionally delicious. Additionally, the restaurant imports Wagyu and Black Angus beef from Jack’s Creek, a farm known for producing some of the finest steaks in the world, currently holding the title for the best rib-eye steak worldwide.

For those who do not eat beef, the restaurant offers exquisite Iberico Pork steaks, imported directly from Spain. Spain is renowned for producing and exporting this particular breed of pork, known for its exceptional taste. The restaurant has perfected the pork to have a tender, melt-in-the-mouth texture, served with truffle mashed potatoes, asparagus, and rosemary sauce. Another must-try dish is the top-quality lamb from New Zealand, sourced from Lumina Farms, the world's leading producer of lamb. And of course, the high-quality chicken, selected from Klong Phai Farm in Khao Yai, Nakhon Ratchasima, is a highlight. Raised in a natural, pesticide-free environment, the chicken is known for its high nutritional value, and is grilled to perfection with a crispy exterior and juicy interior.

The recommended starters at #legend_th include Hamachi Crudo and Black Opal Wagyu Carpaccio, featuring premium Australian Wagyu beef, thinly sliced and topped with white truffle sauce, macadamia, and crispy Parmesan. For the main course, diners can indulge in a selection of premium meats from Our Signature Cuts and Madison Specials. For dessert lovers, must-try options include New York Cheesecake and Turtle Sundae, an indulgent ice cream sundae drizzled with chocolate fudge and rich caramel, topped with pecans. Another dessert delight for chocolate enthusiasts is the Valrhona Fudge S’more.
