If you are a fan of Sanrio’s most iconic character, Hello Kitty, then you don’t want to miss out on the company’s most recent collaboration with Anti Social Social Club. Following a collaboration with Converse’s classic Chuck Taylor All Stars and ASOS’ kawaii capsule collection just last month, the busy cat is back again to surprise the street fashion world.
On August 3rd, ASSC teased users via Instagram that a new collaboration with Hello Kitty is set to be released on August 4th. On the same day, ASSC unveiled its F/W 2018 drop and then just three hours later, with little to no warning, they also unveiled the shocking pink Hello Kitty collection.
Ultimately, the F/W 2018 collection dropped online on August 4th at 8am (PST). The special Hello Kitty collection was also released on the same day at 9:30am (PST).
The capsule collection features a hoodie, a T-shirt and a baseball cap, all in bright hot pink. The hooded sweater (US$88.69) and T-shirt (US$46) comes with Hello Kitty’s face embroidered on the chest, along with the signature ASSC waved type branding on the back. The baseball cap (US$48) also comes with the same Hello Kitty logo embroidered on the front and the signature ASSC branding placed on the side.
