Pure Group: Fitness with an AI witness

Apr 21, 2023

If there is one thing the pandemic has taught us, it’s that a lot of things can be done online, including fitness. So Pure Group has launched an interactive online platform filled with over 400 video classes on fitness and wellness, taught by its internationally certified instructors

What makes the Pure On Demand online platform stand out from the typical streaming classes is that it utilises AI motion tracking to guide users to strive for improvement and find new excitement in their exercise routines

“By harnessing the power of AI, Pure Online users can make their at-home workout experiences more fun and interactive. With our fun gamification element that keeps score of their points, users can track their workouts to further motivate personal bests, or enhance quality time at home with their friends and family. We are proud to be a pioneer in innovative fitness offerings, and we are committed to bringing the best and latest classes and services to help people lead happier, healthier, and more balanced lives,” says Pure Group.

There are classes for everyone, everywhere as they are designed for a wide range of skill levels. There will be 21 new yoga and fitness videos updated every week, with many meeting specific needs.

For example, there is the Travel Well with Yoga series. Made in partnership with Cathay Pacific, there are six yoga and meditation videos on healing and rehabilitating the body during travel available globally on all Cathay Pacific flights, via the lifestyle in-flight entertainment. Perfect for those on the go.

The Yoga for Mums is a special series that aims to encourage moms to prioritise their own health and wellbeing. With a focus on mind and body connection, the class will bring special attention to alignment with specific asanas, to restore health to the body.

The 30 minutes sessions of the Sound Meditation for Stress and Anxiety series are to help you immerse yourself in a journey of universal sound vibrations designed to enhance sleep, bring calmness to the mind, and remove negative energy from the body. We love that mental health is being addressed in a way on this platform.

We know abs are made in the kitchen so Pure Group has included a Nutrition Tips series. The bite-sized lessons are under five minutes and impart tips on everything from how to read nutrition labels and eating smart when dining out to how to choose whey protein for muscle building.

Just like at Pure gyms, there are a slew of general fitness classes to pick from. Improve your physical strength via the Total Body Conditioning workout, or get a full body stretch in the Vinyasa yoga lesson to awaken your inner flow.

The basic subscription prices are: 1-month at HK$78, 6-months at HK$428 and 12-months at HK$768.  An optional add-on is available at HK$38 per month, which allows you can also unlock a premium AI experience covering over 200 classes.

Given that it’s a new platform, Pure has some special offers to entice you to join now. For a limited time, Pure is offering 50 percent off for unlimited access to all on-demand classes.
